Voice workshop for teachers 2018

In order to help teachers with their voices, Voqol is organising a voice workshop designed specially for teachers. Through this workshop, you will:

  • Appreciate how the voice works

  • Gain awareness of the risks of a high vocal load, and vocal injury

  • Learn to identify early signs of voice problems

  • Be able to do simple vocal warm ups

  • Be able to apply a range of vocal techniques, including voice projection when speaking and teaching

About The Trainer

Joel Tay is a Speech and Language Therapist with 10 years experience. His primary clinical focus is the voice.
